All Brush Fire pieces are hand-painted to order. Payment must be made at time of placing the order by Visa or Master Card.

Orders will be shipped by the most appropriate ground service – Canada Post, UPS, Fed Ex, etc. Should you require rush delivery, a quote will be given to you at the time of your order confirmation.

All Ground Orders to shipping destinations in Canada are charged $20 per piece for shipping and handling. All Ground Orders to the United States are charged $25 per piece for shipping and handling (plus any actual duty or tax fees). All Air and rush orders will be charged actual fees and rates will be provide at time of order confirmation.

Freight Claims
Please check your deliveries immediately and report any damage to us within 7 days. Also, please save all packaging material if you discover your piece has arrived damaged.

Requesting a Replacement Piece
Brush Fire Studio will not accept returned merchandise without prior approval.

All of our pieces are hand-painted to order and may not be returned unless they are damaged. If we’ve made a mistake on a personalized order, please advise us immediately and we’ll get a replacement piece out to you A.S.A.P. Please return your original piece via mail and we’ll send out the new piece as soon as we receive the original. A credit will be applied for the return shipping fee.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally between two to four weeks. Should you require a rush order, a fee may apply.
